A natural product typical of the Piceno peasant culture. It is obtained by boiling the must of various types of grapes in copper vats over a wood fire until the initial volume is significantly reduced. It is fermented in small wooden barrels where it ages for at least five years. It is characterized by its golden brown color, sweet, honeyed flavor, and intense aroma.
