Shipping Costs

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the products chosen. Please check all details when ordering. Shipping times in Europe are 24/48 hours for the Express Delivery while, they can vary from 2 to 5 days for the Standard Delivery.

All delivery information, the shipping destination and all data will be displayed in the order details.

All products will be shipped in suitable packaging to ensure their conservation and safety. All parcels are delivered by DHL Express in Europe with varying times depending on the destinations.

It should be noted that the delivery times communicated in the order details are indicative and are calculated from the day of shipment. The seller does not assume responsibility for customs clearance delays, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience.

Taxes and Duties

The cost of taxes and duties for EU countries is already included in the purchase order, so no other commission is due upon receipt of the goods.

Traceability of the order

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. The shipment is made within 24 working hours from the order date for products available for immediate delivery. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its electronic traceability begins and the day of arrival is estimated. You can follow the progress of the delivery by accessing the courier's tracking page via the link we will send you or through the courier's smartphone APP.

Billing

The billing of each order can be requested by sending a special notice to the email box indicated below with the account data, number and date of the order.
