How can I cancel an order?
All information regarding cancellations is available on the Terms and Conditions page. In any case you can contact us via email customercare@tasteataly.com for support at every stage of the purchase.

How can I return a producy?
In case of damaged goods, the customer must accept the withdrawal with reserve, immediately contacting our customer care at customercare@tasteataly.com with a description of the damage and attaching a photo. Our operators, once the request has been evaluated, will respond as quickly as possible. If the damage not caused by the customer is ascertained and recognized, the latter may be authorized by the seller to replace the goods free of charge or to refund if required.
In case of goods not to your liking or damaged, it is still necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:
• send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the request for reimbursement and the reason for the same
• no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:

What should I do if the product does not arrive?
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, do not hesitate to get in touch with us. The shipment is made within 24 working hours from the order date for products available for immediate delivery. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, its electronic traceability begins and the day of arrival is estimated.
