Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of the goods. Shipping times depend on the destination of the goods and are displayed when confirming the shipment and, normally, the order is entrusted to the courier within average 24 working hours. Shipping times in Europe are 24/48 hours for the Express Delivery while, they can vary from 2 to 5 days for the Standard Delivery. To track an order, simply enter the personal panel, in the "Orders" section and view the status and path of a package, from the manufacturer to delivery. Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address except if it has not yet been collected by the courier. In this case it will be necessary, by entering your personal area, to change the delivery address of the order of interest.

Attention: the order is considered processed with the delivery of the package to the express courier.

Return Policy

In case of damaged goods, the customer must accept the withdrawal with reserve, immediately contacting our customer care at customercare@tasteataly.com with a description of the damage and attaching a photo. Our operators, once the request has been evaluated, will respond as quickly as possible. If the damage not caused by the customer is ascertained and recognized, the latter may be authorized by the seller to replace the goods free of charge or to refund if required.

In case of goods not to your liking or damaged, it is still necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:

  • send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the request for reimbursement and the reason for the same

  • no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:

Only in case of authorization by the seller for the free replacement of the goods, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the seller. In all other cases these costs are charged to the customer.
